News
The Kiel Week 2024 didn’t go quite as planed, we ended up in silver fleet in our final test before the youth world championship in Villagarcía. Next we will do an intensive preparation on the venue leading up to the apex mid July.

Boat - 49er skiff
Our current class is the 49er skiff. Click here to find out more about the 49er skiff. Our boat has the number GER 22. Our sails during the competitions have the number GER 896 though.

Competitions
The 49er is an Olympic class, meaning the highest achievable competition to compete in are the Olympic Games. In 2024 these will be held in Paris, which is why everything else is build up around it. Our upcoming competitions are:
Portugal GP 2: 22.-25.02.24
Princess Sofia Trophy: 29.03.-6.4.24
Junior European Championship (Lake Lipno): 06.-09.06.24
Kiel Week: 22.-26.06.24
Junior World Championship (Galicia): 17.-21.07.24

Training
Our training consists of work on and off shore. On shore, we work on our fitness and increasing our crew weight as well as doing mental training. Offshore we are still working on mastering the handling of the new rigg. Currently our boat is Vilamoura, Portugal, where we effectively spend our time training on the water with other teams.
