Lake Garda 2

After only 2 weeks of Leanders studies, we came back to lake Garda for another three days of training and many effective hours on the water. Logistically this time it was way more complicated, as we arrived without any coach nor a car that could tow a trailer. Nether the less we managed to organize everything and spend as much time on the water as possible.

On day two, three other teams from Constance arrived along with a coach who had a different approach to training than our other ones which brought change and new learnings. We feel like we could maximize our time on the water and work on ourselves well.

Now our boats are on their way to Vilamoura we’re we will start training in three days leading up to our European Championships.
